Terms & Conditions

Following terms and conditions apply to purchases at www.nikekero.com. Please read carefully before making your order.

Currency and tax

All items are sold in SEK (Swedish krona) including 25% moms (VAT). If your order is placed outside of Sweden you may have to pay an additional customs fee, tax and/or duty in the country of destination. NIKE KERO will not be responsible for these fees.

Order

After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. Your order will be handled within 1 - 5 business days. If you have special requirements regarding your order please contact me at info.nikekero@gmail.com and include your reference number.

Shipping & Delivery

I currently offer shipping within Scandinavia and will try to get your order ready as soon as possible, but it may take between 1 - 5 business days before shipping. When shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It might take between 2 - 12 business days before your order is delivered depending on where you live. My parcels are shipped with Swedish Postnord and the delivery cost will be added at checkout. With the environment in mind I try to use as much recycled packing material as possible.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo before opening and then check to see that the content isn’t damaged. If your item is damaged, please take pictures and send to info.nikekero@gmail.com within 24 hours.

Denmark, Norway & Finland: 200kr

Returns & Refunds

I have a 14-day returns and refunds policy after you’ve received your package. If you wish to make a return, please email me at info.nikekero@gmail.com and include your reference number as well as tracking number. Your item must be undamaged and unused to be accepted as a return. NIKE KERO will not be responsible for damaged or lost returns and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

Your return has to made in its original packaging and make sure to wrap properly to avoid damage by transportation. Your refund will be credited to the same card that was used in the purchase.
